1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging JYD Global Tech Enterprise ("JYD", "we", "us") for services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Quotes generated via our website quote builder are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed in a written service agreement before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Our services are billed on a monthly subscription basis as outlined in your quote or service agreement. A setup fee may apply for initial website build and configuration, payable before work begins. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and cover hosting, maintenance, and the features included in your selected plan (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Corporate). Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services, including website hosting, until the account is brought current.

4. Client Ownership & Access

Upon setup completion, clients retain full ownership of their website content, branding, and business data. We retain ownership of proprietary code frameworks, templates, and systems used to deliver the service, which remain licensed to you for use for as long as your subscription is active. Should you choose to cancel your subscription, we will provide a reasonable transition period to migrate your content and data.

5. Revisions & Scope

Each subscription tier includes a set number of content updates or revision requests per month, as outlined in your plan (see Section 3). Requests beyond your plan's included allowance, or requests that fall outside the original project scope — such as new features, additional pages, or custom integrations not covered by your tier — will be quoted separately and billed as additional work before being carried out.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial-month refunds are provided. Setup fees, once work has commenced, are non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver the service as described, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

JYD Global Tech Enterprise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites or software, to the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
